Step Three - Using a Auto-responder

All right, if you are going to be utilizing this system then you need an auto-responder! You'll hear this over and over and over and over again in the Internet Marketing industry, that your auto-responder is your most important tool.

If you're unfamiliar with auto-responders or how they work, you really need to make it a priority to find out a little bit more about them.

Your auto-responder is your own personal sales force. When someone fills out there information on your opt-in form, your auto-responder will automatically send a message to their e-mail to confirm their e-mail address. Then, you can have it automatically send them a link to their free report and bonuses!

It is able to send out your message to your e-mail list 24 hours a day 7 days a week and it never gets tired, calls in sick for the day or complains!

Your auto-responder will send out any message that you tell it to. If you use a quality autoresponder service like Mail Chimp, you can set up an entire auto-responder series that will automatically send out a series of messages when someone signs up to your list. You won't have to do anything after you set it up one time!

Many auto-responders will allow you to capture the first and/or last name along with the e-mail address of your visitors. Then, when you set up messages to automatically be sent out to them, you can personalize those messages to include the person's first or last name. So, when they receive a message from you, it won't say "Hello, today we're going to talk about...".

Instead, it will say "Hello Jim, today were going to talk about..." or "Hello Sally, today were going to talk about..." People usually think twice before deleting a message that has their name in it.

Why you absolutely need an auto-responder

If you follow this system correctly, you could be collecting as many as 50 names and e-mail addresses each day. That will be almost 10,000 subscribers after just six months.

There's absolutely no way that you can handle all of those subscribers without an autoresponder to do it for you.
